Refund policy
Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds
Effective 26 October 2026. Issued by Auronis AB, organisation number 559534-7120, Livli Kungens Kurva, Tangentvägen 14 A, 141 75 Stockholm, Sweden. Represented by Mohammad Sami Alsharef. auronis.se.
The figures in this policy appear only here. They are not printed on the goods, in the cart, or on the remainder of the storefront.
1. Statutory right of withdrawal
A consumer who concludes a distance contract on auronis.se has a right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (lagen om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler, 2005:59). The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day the consumer, or a third party indicated by the consumer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right, the consumer shall give a clear statement to Auronis within the period, by email to info@auronis.se, stating the order number and the piece to be returned. The model withdrawal form published by the Swedish Consumer Agency may be used but is not required.
A purchase concluded in the physical store at Livli Kungens Kurva is not a distance contract. Store purchases follow the conditions shown in the store and the Swedish Consumer Sales Act.
2. Condition of returned goods
The consumer may handle the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function. Goods returned unused, with original tags attached, and in a condition no worse than that examination allows, will be accepted. Goods that have been worn as ordinary clothing, washed, scented, altered, or damaged beyond that examination may be refused or reduced in refund, as the Act permits.
3. Return cost and handling charge
Unless the return is caused by the seller’s error, the consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods. Auronis provides a DSV return label. For an accepted consumer return of an ordinary online order, a handling charge of 160 Swedish kronor is deducted from the refund. That charge covers the return carriage, inspection and restocking.
Where the order was placed during a TikTok live sale, the deduction is 200 Swedish kronor instead of 160.
If the amount remaining after the charge would be zero or less, the refund is 0 kronor. The goods are still taken back if they meet the condition in section 2.
4. Procedure
- Write to info@auronis.se with the order number and the piece.
- Auronis issues a DSV return label.
- The refund is paid to the original means of payment after the piece has been inspected in Stockholm, less any charge due under section 3, and in any event without undue delay and not later than fourteen days from the day Auronis received the consumer’s notice of withdrawal, subject to the seller’s right to withhold the refund until the goods are received or evidence of dispatch is supplied.
5. Seller’s error and statutory remedies
If Auronis sent the wrong size, the wrong colour, or a defective piece, write within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt and attach photographs. The return is then at the seller’s expense and no handling charge is taken. The consumer’s remedies for defective goods under the Consumer Sales Act remain in addition to the right of withdrawal, including repair, replacement, price reduction or termination, as the Act provides.
6. Complaints and dispute resolution
Write first to info@auronis.se. A consumer in Sweden may refer an unresolved dispute to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se. The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform may also be used. Auronis is established in Sweden and submits to ARN in consumer matters.
