Terms of service
Terms of sale
Effective 26 October 2026. These terms govern every order placed on auronis.se and every reserved piece collected at the house of Auronis. By placing an order the customer accepts them.
1. The trader
The trader is Auronis AB, a Swedish aktiebolag, organisation number 559534-7120, registered with Bolagsverket. Registered address: Livli Kungens Kurva, Tangentvägen 14 A, 141 75 Stockholm, Sweden. Represented solely by Mohammad Sami Alsharef. Email: info@auronis.se. The public name of the house on this site is always auronis.se. The site sells jackets and coats from Auronis. It is not a third-party marketplace. Payment and checkout are handled for Auronis.
2. The contract
A display of goods on auronis.se is an invitation to treat. The contract is formed when Auronis accepts the order, by confirmation email or by taking payment, whichever occurs first. Auronis may decline or cancel an order if payment fails, if the piece is no longer available, or if the order appears fraudulent. In that event any sum paid is refunded and no further liability arises except as mandatory consumer law requires.
3. Price and VAT
Prices are stated in Swedish kronor and include Swedish value added tax unless a page expressly states otherwise. The price binding on the parties is the price shown at checkout when the order is placed. Shipping is charged as shown at checkout and in the shipping policy: Sweden 80 kr, EU 30 €, Norway 500 kr.
4. Payment and title
Payment is taken at checkout for Auronis through the payment service displayed there. Title in the goods remains with Auronis until the price has been paid in full.
5. Description of goods
Each piece is sold as described. Colour and texture may vary slightly between a photograph and the cloth in daylight. The customer is responsible for selecting size. Measurements against a garment already owned, or an enquiry to the house before order, are recommended.
6. Delivery, withdrawal and complaints
Delivery is governed by the shipping policy. The right of withdrawal, return charges, and refunds are governed exclusively by the returns policy. Statutory rights under the Consumer Sales Act are unaffected. Those documents form part of these terms.
7. Limitation
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Swedish mandatory law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or the consumer’s statutory rights. Subject to that, Auronis is not liable for indirect loss.
8. Personal data
Processing of personal data is described in the privacy notice on this site.
9. Governing law and forum
These terms and the contract of sale are governed by Swedish law. A consumer may bring proceedings in the courts of the consumer’s domicile. Auronis may be sued in the courts of Stockholm. Consumer disputes may be referred to ARN as stated in the returns policy.
