1. Data we process

When you place an order, create an account, write through the contact form, or visit the site, we process the personal data you provide (name, email, telephone, delivery address, order contents, payment reference) and technical data necessary to operate the store (IP address, device and security tokens used to refuse automated form submissions).

2. Purposes and legal bases

Performance of a contract: to accept, fulfil and support your order, and to handle withdrawal and complaints. Legal obligation: bookkeeping, VAT and consumer-law records. Legitimate interests: to secure the site against bots and abuse, and to answer enquiries. Consent: optional marketing, which you may withdraw at any time by writing to info@auronis.se.

3. Recipients

Payment, checkout and hosting providers acting for Auronis AB (including the store platform and the carrier DSV) receive only what they need to perform their service. We do not sell personal data.

4. Retention

Order records are kept for the period required by Swedish accounting and tax law, and otherwise no longer than needed for the purpose. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to answer and, if necessary, to evidence the correspondence.

5. Transfers

Where a processor is established outside the EU/EEA, transfer is made only under an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, with supplementary measures where required.

6. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), Box 8114, 104 20 Stockholm, www.imy.se.

7. Cookies

The store uses cookies necessary for the cart, checkout, language and security of forms. Non-essential cookies, if used, are set only after consent as shown in the cookie banner.
